Longmont, CO: DIAD Incorporated, headquartered in Longmont, and NEXRAIN Corporation, headquartered in Orangevale, CA, today announced their intentions to merge, according to Ilse Gayl, President/CEO of DIAD and David C. Curtis, Ph.D., President/CEO of NEXRAIN. The combined firm will be called OneRain and headquartered in Longmont, with offices in Orangevale and Alexandria, VA.
